Kinzig Design Studios by Susan Kinzig and Caryn Kinzig create lighting that is artistically handcrafted in the US. Each piece incorporates their distinctive designs with a celebration of color and texture to be treasured for generations.
Susan and Caryn work together to create each of their lamps. They incorporate proprietary elements with vibrant glass (blown by two glass studios) and solid brass and copper accents. The lampshades are deeply colored and sewn from embroidered silks and rich fabrics. The lamps are individually finished with patinated metals and surface textures that will not fade or discolor, and are topped with distinctive finials.

The Sophie table lamp features an elegant design and an understated color palette of cream and gold. The round lamp shade has 2 layers: a simple silk shade base covered with embellished gold organza with sequins and beads.
