When you make a call, you'll always connect with one of our customer service representatives! You can discuss your project with them, and an idea of what you’re looking for. We’ll walk you through the basics, building from the details of your kitchen project or bathroom remodel.

After finalizing the visual aspects like designs, finishes, and dimensions, we'll collaborate with our artisans to generate a tailored quote for your order. This process is an integral part of nurturing our relationship with you and your custom project, bringing joy to the entire experience!

How Long Does a Custom Project Take? 

Once the custom decor design is finalized and sent to the artisan, your custom piece can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to produce and ship. The final timeline for your custom project hinges on the specifics of your order, such as size, quantity, and the intricacy of details.

Certain orders may be more elaborate or detailed than others and therefore would take a little longer than the standard 2-4 week window.   We understand you want everything to be perfect. By the time your custom copper order arrives you should have already received the necessary fixings such as faucets, drains, or other accessories and you will be ready for install.
