Kathe Fraga is an acclaimed artist based in the Pacific Northwest. Her Chinoiserie-inspired paintings have been displayed in a number of fine art galleries all over the US. Kathe draws her inspiration from whimsical imagery and faded soft hues of hand-painted fresco panels in vintage Parisian mansions.
